Vice Mayor Paul Faith has asked that we let the memberlist know that a recent traffic study found 330 cars clocked 90+ mph on Litchfield Road in a 12 day period last month.  Most speeding takes place from 8 AM to 6 PM.  Turning left (north) on Litchfield Road from  Village Parkway could be dangerous as vehicles could be going faster than expected.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL!  The City is reviewing alternatives to address this problem.

Teal Pumpkin Project

Hi everyone! With Halloween approaching, I encourage everyone to check out the Teal Pumpkin Project and consider having non-food items available to trick or treaters.  I don’t have any food allergies in my  family, but I know many friends who do.  The Teal Pumpkin program is a great way to address that!  You can read more about the initiative here: https://www.foodallergy.org/education-a … in-project

Pigeon Control Discount

Total Property Management has received a few calls regarding pigeon activity.  Although this is something that each individual owner must contract for separately, we did reach out to APCO Pest Control, the company that provides pest control for some of the common areas.  They have agreed to offer a 10% discount to members of the Association.  If you are interested their phone number is 623-444-9530.

This information is being provided as a courtesy.  The Association makes no representations regarding this vendor.

UPDATE:  There is a Planning and Zoning meeting Tuesday, October 9, 7:00 PM at the Library, 101 W Wigwam Blvd.

Please see City web site for details and for the opportunity to comment on this proposal. We encourage you to be an informed citizen and to participate in the review process.  You can also email the City Council directly with your comments.
